The feather imposed itself for Béatrice Bost-Le Moüël, in love with natural materials…

Feather, a material in its own right

On discovering the feather, the designer realized that there was something for everyone: the styles are infinite, the colors incalculable, the textures limitless. But despite this diversity, the material remains translucent and plays particularly well with light. For her paintings, Béatrice Bost-Le Mouël uses her favorite material, always in an airy way, taking advantage of the movement and lightness of the feather.

Featherwork diverted

During her training in featherwork at the Lycée Professionnel Octave Feuillet, the only one of its kind in France, Béatrice Bost-Le Mouël learned all the traditional techniques of this art. But instead of applying them to fashion accessories, she uses them to create works of art.
