“Dans ta face” – The portrait gallery

We kick off this last month before summer with a group exhibition on the theme of portraiture. The gap is wide and the diversity obvious when juxtaposing works by Jm Collell, Jo di Bona, Michelino Iorizzo, Anna Bocek, Marie Kvk and Yoann Bonneville. From Pop graffiti to tempera painting in the tradition of the Italian Renaissance, from hyper-realism in wire mesh to pixel art, the portraits make light of their differences and our eyes meet.
